In this versatile role, you will act as the link between customers, auditors, and internal stakeholders. Together, we support our customers in improving their performance and complying with relevant standards and certification schemes. /p pOur auditors achieve this by conducting audits in the areas of Quality Management (ISO 9001), Occupational Health Safety (ISO 45001), and Environmental Management (ISO 14001), as well as schemes such as Blik op Werk, SCL, and PSO. Our technical colleagues contribute by managing certification schemes, conducting reviews, and providing technical support and expertise to the team. /p pAs a Planner, you are the central point between customers and auditors. You ensure that the entire operational planning process runs smoothly, accurately, and on time, allowing both customers and auditors to focus on what they do best. /p pbWhat Will You Do? /b /p pThis is a dynamic and diverse role with a broad range of responsibilities: /p ul libSupport: /b You are one of the key points of contact for a selected group of auditors and customers within the sector. /li libPlanning and Coordination: /b You ensure the optimal utilization of auditors while minimizing travel time as much as possible. /li libCustomer Satisfaction: /b You are a central link within the sector and coordinate activities between auditors and customers. In doing so, you have a direct impact on customer satisfaction. /li libSystem Expert: /b We work with several systems to support our customers. You will use these systems daily and become one of our experts. /li libScheme Specialist: /b By working within this sector, you will develop and maintain knowledge of one or more certification schemes within the Process Industry Construction portfolio. /li libContinuous Learning and Development: /b This is a role in which you can truly grow. You can start your workday between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM. While customer availability is important, we offer flexibility in how and where you work.
