You will be responsible for safeguarding the technical integrity, standardization, and future readiness of electrical solutions across the poultry value chain. /p pThis role combines people leadership, technical expertise, stakeholder management, and strategic workforce planning. You will work closely with Product Management, Project Management, Software Engineering, New Product Development, Service, and Sales teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that support our customers worldwide. /p h3About the Role /h3 ul liLead, coach, and develop a team of 10-15 Electrical Engineers. /li liDrive the successful delivery of electrical engineering activities within sustainment projects. /li liEnsure technical quality, consistency, and integrity of all electrical engineering deliverables. /li liDefine team priorities, manage workload planning, and allocate resources effectively. /li liDevelop team capabilities through recruitment, coaching, performance management, and career development. /li liCreate and execute strategic workforce plans that support business growth and future capabilities. /li liIdentify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and ways of working. /li liOwn and maintain the electrical architecture across the Poultry portfolio, driving standardization, modularization, and reuse. /li liSupport the implementation of enterprise-wide engineering and product data management initiatives. /li liSafeguard compliance with applicable machine safety, electrical safety, and regulatory requirements. /li liCollaborate with Software Engineering to ensure seamless integration of controls, industrial connectivity, machine safety, and cybersecurity-related hardware requirements. /li liStay ahead of emerging technologies and translate opportunities into future product and engineering strategies. /li liPartner with senior leadership to define and execute long-term technology roadmaps. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related discipline. /li liProven experience leading engineering teams in a complex technical environment. /li liStrong expertise in electrical engineering, industrial automation, machine safety, and electrical system architecture. /li liExperience managing multiple stakeholders and balancing technical, operational, and business priorities. /li liExcellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. /li liA hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement. /li liExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. /li liThe ability to inspire teams and drive collaboration across disciplines and global locations. /li liExperience working within a sustainment, product lifecycle, or engineering organization. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience within the food processing, food manufacturing, or poultry industry. /li liKnowledge of EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or other electrical CAD systems. /li liExperience with agile ways of working and tools such as Jira and Confluence. /li liBackground in standardization, lifecycle management, and obsolescence management of electrical solutions. /li liFamiliarity with industrial machine control systems and machine safety regulations. /li liExperience supporting the implementation of Product Data Management (PDM) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. /li /ul h3Who Are We? /h3 pWe are JBT Marel, a global leader in transforming the way food is processed.
