- Support and implement QHSE initiatives across the business.
- Promote a strong safety culture and safe working practices.
- Maintain and improve QHSE management systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and industry requirements.
- Manage ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and follow-up actions.
- Investigate incidents and support corrective measures.
- Monitor QHSE performance and prepare reports.
- Conduct risk assessments and support operational teams.
- Provide QHSE input for tenders, projects, and client requirements.
- Support supplier and subcontractor assessments where required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a QHSE, HSE, Safety, or Quality-related role within marine, offshore, construction, energy, logistics, or industrial environments.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Experience supporting audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on approach with a practical and proactive mindset.
- Fluent in English (Dutch preferred).
