ullipstrongPlease add a motivation regarding the requirements /strong /p /li /ulbr /br /pstrongAssignment Summary /strong /pbr /pOur client, a leading international mobility services provider, is seeking a medior strongDatacenter Service Coordinator /strong to support the coordination, reduction, and phased decommissioning of datacenter services over the coming year. /pbr /pThe consultant will coordinate activities between internal stakeholders, key IT service providers, parent company entities, and external suppliers. The migration is starting gradually and will ramp up over the coming year. The role focuses on planning, dependency management, and progress monitoring, ensuring services are migrated, transferred, or decommissioned in a controlled manner while day-to-day operations remain stable. /pbr /pThe assignment may also include service or product coordination for Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms and other datacenter-related infrastructure. /pbr /br /pstrongMain Responsibilities: /strong /pbr /ullip Coordinate technical activities with external IT partners and vendors. /p /lilip Maintain the planning, action list, dependencies, risks, and decision log. /p /lilip Identify affected applications, infrastructure, interfaces, and service owners. /p /lilip Align planned activities with Service Owners, Application Owners, and business stakeholders. /p /lilip Ensure prerequisites, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria are clear. /p /lilip Coordinate datacenter migration, transition, and decommissioning activities, including change management, testing, migration, and validation. /p /lilip Monitor delivery, follow up on open actions, and escalate delays or risks. /p /lilip Support Managed File Transfer (MFT) coordination where applicable. /p /lilip Ensure documentation, operational handover, and service records are kept up to date. /p /lilip Provide regular progress and status reports to key management stakeholders. /pbr / /li /ulpstrongRequired Profile: /strong /pbr /ullip Medior experience in IT service coordination, infrastructure management, or technical project support. /p /lilip Hands-on experience with datacenter services, cloud migrations, or system decommissioning projects. /p /lilip Ability to coordinate technical suppliers without needing to perform deep engineering tasks personally. /p /lilip Strong planning, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. /p /lilip Familiarity with ITIL processes, formal change management, and operational service handovers. /p /lilip Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions or integration platforms is a strong plus. /p /lilip Ability to work independently within an international enterprise environment. /p /lilip Professional working proficiency in English. /pbr / /li /ulbr /
