These documents describe, step-by-step, how production teams manufacture our final products and are essential for ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance. /p pYou will also: /pulliCreate and improve manufacturing documentation and work instructions. /liliSupport daily manufacturing operations and help resolve operational challenges. /liliWork closely with the strongProduction Supervisor and cleanroom teams /strong to assess and improve production processes. /liliApply strongLean Six Sigma principles /strong to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality. /liliAnalyze production workflows and identify opportunities for optimization. /liliSupport the development and implementation of tooling and production aids. /liliDrive improvements related to technology, ergonomics, quality, and operational efficiency. /liliCollaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams. /liliSupport training activities and help establish best practices across the department. /li /ulbr /pYou are someone who enjoys balancing structure with continuous improvement.
