Our Field Service Engineers do! /p pWe are currently recruiting a bField Service Engineer Mechatronics /b for the Field Service Team focusing on our Secondary Fresh Equipment (Cutting, Portioning, Weighing, Batching). /p pIn this role, your primary responsibility is to service and optimize our machines at our customers’ sites in North Europe. You will also be involved in installation projects in this region. These highly mechatronic systems combine mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical engineering and controls, making your role a unique blend of hands‑on technical work and customer interaction. /p h3On a Daily Basis, You Will /h3 ul liPrepare and execute service projects of our secondary fresh portfolio /li liConduct service and maintenance visits to ensure uptime and reliability /li liTroubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical and controls‑related issues on site /li liLead and coordinate local employees in larger installation projects /li liKeep in touch with, and report progress to, the customer /li liTrain operators and maintenance staff in the use of our systems, and provide structured feedback to RD and colleagues /li /ul pYou will be part of a team of experienced engineers who share knowledge and support each other, both on customer sites and from the office. /p pSince this is a service role, you will travel in North Europe (~50–60% of your time).
