What you\'ll doulliOwn the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Order Fulfillment. Translate business needs into clear user stories and priorities for development teams. /liliDefine sprint priorities, maintain a healthy and prioritized product backlog, and work closely with Scrum teams to maximize business value delivery. /liliImprove end-to-end fulfillment processes by driving automation, efficiency, and system integration. /liliPartner with operational teams to understand challenges and translate them into scalable digital solutions. /liliCoordinate testing, releases, and change management to ensure successful adoption across the business. /liliConnect systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and WMS platforms to enable seamless order processing and customer visibility. /li /ulWhat you\'ll bringulliBachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related field. /lili5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Process Owner within logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment. /liliExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira and product backlog management. /liliStrong understanding of ERP, WMS, CRM, and system integrations. /liliAnalytical mindset with experience using SQL, Excel, or Power BI. /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and IT. /li /ulWhat makes you successfulpYou combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
