Hotel Chief Engineer (m/f/d)

ppAt Ruby, your personality really matters, your time really matters, and we strongly believe we groove way better together. At Ruby, we keep breaking new ground. /p pHey Sunshine, for you, technology is more than just a job surrounded by pipes and wires – it’s about responsibility for safety, comfort, and the great feeling when everything runs smoothly? Your workplace shouldn’t be a never-ending construction site, but a place with character, teamwork, and appreciation for your skills? Then you’re the missing fuse in our circuit, the reliable constant behind the scenes, and the heartbeat of our Ruby Emma. /p pLove tinkering with maintenance and working in a team? Perfect! Because you don’t impress our guests with long speeches, but with functioning air conditioning, hot water, and safe systems. What others take for granted only works because you keep an eye on everything in the background – and you’re right there when it really counts. Nothing works in a hotel without you. /p pOur Ruby Emma, with her 291 rooms, is located in the idyllic and energetic Amstelkwatiert, one of the newest neighborhoods in Amsterdam. Due to location it's not only just a stone's throw away from the trendy De Pijp district with its numerous bars and restaurants, it also only takes a five-minute stroll from the banks of the Amstel and pretty Park Somerlust. Taking our lead from the mariners who tacked their sails to harness the wind on the river’s tight turns, Emma’s all about using the power of nature and green energy runs through Emma’s veins. /p pWe are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of Europe's most exciting locations and many more projects under construction. We break new ground with our Lean Luxury philosophy, creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury. /p h3Join us and make it your own story /h3 h3Trust Us, You Won't Get Bored, As You /h3 ul litake care of small repairs, touch-ups and maintenance tasks – from dripping taps to squeaky doors /li likeep an eye on all technical systems and make sure everything runs smoothly /li licoordinate external service providers and keep the strings in your hands when it comes to facility management /li liroll up your sleeves for painting and sealing work throughout the hotel /li liwork hand in hand with our Corporate Office in Munich and stay closely aligned with the housekeeping team /li limonitor regular maintenance and safety checks – always in coordination with our Maintenance Manager /li liorder the materials you need for your work – in consultation with the Hotel Manager /li /ul h3We've Been Waiting For You, Since You Have/are /h3 ul lia true all-rounder with solid technical skills and craftsmanship.
