THE TEAM

As part of our Spa & Wellness team, you will help deliver exceptional wellness experiences that inspire relaxation, balance, and renewal. Working closely with Spa Attendants, Spa Receptionists, and other hotel associates, you will contribute to a seamless guest journey from arrival through treatment and beyond. Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will play an important role in upholding the highest standards of service, professionalism, and wellbeing that define the Rosewood experience.

YOUR ROLE

As a Spa Therapist, you will create meaningful wellness experiences through personalized treatments and genuine guest care. Combining technical expertise with an intuitive understanding of guest needs, you will help guests achieve relaxation and rejuvenation while contributing to the overall success of the Spa & Wellness operation. Your role is essential in fostering guest loyalty, promoting wellness offerings, and ensuring every treatment reflects Rosewood's commitment to thoughtful and intuitive service.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Deliver a variety of spa treatments, including massages, body therapies, and facials, in accordance with spa standards.
• Conduct personalized consultations to understand guest needs and recommend suitable treatments and wellness solutions.
• Create and maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil treatment environment for every guest.
• Professionally promote spa services, wellness programs, retail products, and treatment packages.
• Ensure the proper use, care, and storage of spa equipment, tools, and products.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and guest preferences to support personalized experiences.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You hold a recognized Spa Therapy qualification and are passionate about delivering exceptional wellness experiences.
• You have experience within a spa, wellness, luxury hospitality, or guest-focused environment.
• You possess strong knowledge of massage techniques, body therapies, and holistic wellness practices.
• You communicate confidently and build genuine connections with guests through professional and thoughtful service.
• You maintain a polished and professional appearance while representing a luxury hospitality brand.
• You are committed to continuous learning, personal development, and staying informed about wellness trends and treatments.
