What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Lead and mentor analysts, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles;
Establish and promote best practices in data analysis and game analytics within the team;
Collect, analyze and present data for product management and marketing decisions;
Construct and visualize key product metrics and indicators;
Design of product/marketing features experiments, impact estimation (A/B testing);
Diligently monitor user behavior and provide insights;
A key responsibility is to oversee product development and drive growth by proposing improvements both in the product features and in analytics tools.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
4+ years of experience leading a product analytics team in gamedev (Word/Board/Puzzle);
Advanced Knowledge of statistics (experiment design, statistical tests etc);
Proficient in SQL and Python;
Experience in business intelligence software (Tableau/Power BI);
Bachelor’s/Master degree (Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline);
Will be a plus:
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redshift, RDS;
Experience in projects in the genre of match3, puzzles, casual, midcore
Experience in marketing & monetization analytics
Experience in calculating LTV and forecasting
Experience at business intelligence / game design position in mobile gaming industry (Word/Board/Puzzle)
