Then this could be the perfect next step for you. /p pAt Mpac Langen, we are looking for a Technical Writer who enjoys collaborating with engineers, project teams and customers to deliver professional documentation that meets the highest technical and regulatory standards. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs a Technical Writer, you are the bridge between technology and the end user. You will take ownership of our machine documentation, ensuring it is clear, structured, customer‑focused and fully compliant with legislation and standards. /p pbWhat Will You Do? /b /p ul liWriting and maintaining user manuals for complete machines /li liDeveloping training materials at Operator and Advanced levels /li liSetting up, managing and improving documentation in Author‑IT /li liGathering and structuring technical input in close collaboration with Engineering, RD, Service and Operations /li liDrafting and managing CE documentation and construction files /li liPlanning, coordinating and monitoring documentation activities within projects /li liOrganising and coordinating translations /li liContinuously improving documentation processes, templates and standards /li /ul pYou will work independently on projects while playing a key role within multidisciplinary teams. /p h3Experience / Qualifications /h3 ul liYou have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field /li liProven experience as a Technical Writer in mechanical engineering / machine building /liliYou have proven experience creating technical manuals and technical construction files /li liYou are familiar with content management systems, preferably Author‑IT /li liYou have knowledge of machine directives and CE processes /li liYou have an eye for graphic design, layout, and ideally experience with video or animation /li liYou work in a structured, accurate and communicative manner /li liYou have a strong command of Dutch and English /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA challenging position within the engineering team in Wijchen /li liA competitive salary in line with the Metalektro Collective Labour Agreement, based on your experience /li liCollective pension scheme and supplementary insurance /li liCompany laptop /li /ul pIf you enjoy working at the intersection of technology, documentation and customer experience, we would love to hear from you.
