who are you
You are a driven specialist with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. You work well under pressure and manage supplier relationships smoothly. In addition, you communicate clearly and always put the customer first.

• you hold a bachelor's or master's degree in quality, management, economics, logistics, or engineering
• you have at least three years of working experience in a relevant field
• you speak and write fluently in English or Hungarian, while Chinese is an advantage
• you have solid knowledge of quality control, goods flow management, and distribution principles

what will you do
As a specialist, you manage the complete flow surrounding customer contracts. You ensure high standards from the moment a contract is signed until final delivery. You collaborate closely with operations managers and oversee the performance of logistics service providers.

• develop, test, and enforce quality standards and safety regulations
• manage and evaluate the daily operations and performance of logistics suppliers
• investigate quality issues, troubleshoot root causes, and create action plans for improvement
• optimize logistics routines to increase efficiency, lower costs, and solve operational bottlenecks

where will you work
You will work at the regional distribution center in Waalwijk, which delivers products to more than forty countries. This company creates smart devices and networks for billions of people worldwide. You will be based at the distribution center located in the Waalwijk and Tilburg area.
