Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Leadership Client Relations /h3ulliServe as primary technical liaison between engineering teams and data center clients /liliBuild and maintain strategic relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders /liliLead initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery excellence /li /ulh3Systems Management Strategy /h3ulliDevelop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for existing and new building systems /liliCreate detailed job plans and asset management protocols for optimal system performance /liliOversee operations, maintenance, and capital improvements for Life Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Security, and Elevator systems /liliDevelop strategic preventive maintenance plans and system improvement initiatives /li /ulh3Technical Operations /h3ulliCollaborate with Reliability Engineers and System Owners to optimize preventive maintenance scheduling and CMMS system efficiency /liliAnalyze equipment performance data and develop Emergency Response Action Plans (ERAP) for potential system failures /liliManage system upgrades and enhancements across Fire Systems, Utilities, and other critical infrastructure /li /ulh3Team Development /h3ulliLead, mentor, and develop engineering and maintenance staff to expand technical capabilities /liliOversee training programs to enhance team skills and operational knowledge /liliFoster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growth /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3h3Technical Expertise /h3ulli5-8 years of facilities engineering and operations experience in mission-critical environments /liliProfessional qualification/certification in electrical, mechanical, or building systems engineering /liliStrong technical knowledge of building systems, data centers, UPS systems, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems /liliExperience in testing and commissioning of new facilities /liliProven experience managing Dual Loop Power (DLP) programs /li /ulh3Business Communication Skills /h3ulliBusiness acumen with demonstrated financial planning and budget management capabilities /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic /liliStrong presentation, team management, and project management abilities /liliExceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across all organizational levels /li /ulh3Core Competencies /h3ulliClient-focused mindset with ability to anticipate and address stakeholder needs /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities /liliExcellent time management skills with ability to perform effectively under pressure /li /ulh3Location /h3pOn-site – Middelburg, NLD /ppJones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”) is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities. /ppIf you need a reasonable accommodation because of a disability for any part of the employment process – including the online application and/or overall selection process – you may email us at This email is only to request an accommodation.
