Global Strategic Marketing Director - Dairy

Join Solenis in a high-impact global leadership role where you’ll shape the future of our Dairy business, influence strategic decisions at the highest level and drive innovation across international markets.

As the Global Strategic Marketing Director - Dairy, you will report to the VP Global Strategic Marketing and play a key role in defining and executing the global strategy for one of Solenis’ core business sectors. Working closely with commercial, R&D and regional leadership teams, you will identify growth opportunities, develop market strategies and drive innovation that delivers sustainable business growth.

This is a highly visible, strategic position offering the opportunity to influence business direction on a global scale while collaborating with senior stakeholders across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global strategic marketing roadmap for the Dairy sector in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Identify market trends, customer needs via VOC and/or Blueprinting and emerging opportunities to support long-term profitable growth.
• Lead market segmentation, portfolio positioning and value proposition development across global and regional markets.
• Partner with commercial (including Global Dairy Account Directors) R&D and regional leadership teams to successfully translate strategy into execution.
• Drive innovation initiatives, product development priorities and successful product launches throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support strategic business development initiatives including M&A strategy, including adjacent market expansion and growth opportunities.
• Gather and leverage market intelligence to indicate the SAM, market size and market segmentation, customer insights and competitive analysis to support data-driven decision making.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects while influencing senior stakeholders across the global organization.
• Contribute to business planning by supporting strategic priorities and identifying opportunities to strengthen Solenis’ position within the Dairy sector.

What You’ll Bring

• Approximately 10 years of experience in strategic marketing, product management, innovation or business development within a B2B industrial environment.
• Experience working in regional or global roles within multinational organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate market insights into business opportunities.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication and strategic thinking skills.
• A collaborative leadership style with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
