The role will be fully site-based. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOverall responsibility for BIM delivery across theproject. /li liEngage with the WTL site team, subcontractors, and client to ensure the standard WTL BIM procedures are being followed. /li liManage theteam of BIM Coordinators and Technicians to deliver on BIM requirements. /li liLiaise with package managers and site engineers to coordinate complex MEP installations. /li liProvide support to junior BIM team members and site team. /li liContribute to research and development initiatives related to BIM technologies and new processes. /li liManage and resolve clashes and coordination issues between disciplines. /li liProduction of drawings, specifications, and schedules, according to the project BIM Execution plan. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious Revit experience – MEP bias required /li liAutoCAD experience preferred /li liNavisworks experience desired /li li8+ years’ experience working on multiple large projects /li liRelevant Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar /li liExcellent organisation, communication, and time management skills /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
