ppAt Royal IHC, the IT department supports the maritime business by keeping critical systems reliable, improving the application landscape, and helping the business move away from legacy setups towards more modern, secure, and integrated solutions. /p h3About the role /h3 pAs Project Manager IT, you will help Royal IHC move forward by turning business needs into well-managed IT projects. You will work on practical, visible improvements across our application landscape, integrations, and related systems. /p pYou will manage a portfolio of medium-sized IT projects, typically with a duration of several months. These projects directly relate to the way our business operates. Examples include the introduction of new Identity and Access Management (IAM) tooling, lifecycle management projects such as application upgrades and decommissioning, and the implementation of enterprise applications at business entities still operating on legacy setups. /p pThis is a role for someone who enjoys creating structure, bringing people together, and seeing tangible improvements land in the business. You bring clarity and discipline to projects, while staying pragmatic and flexible when priorities shift. /p pYou will join a small team of Project Managers within the IT organization and work closely with colleagues across IT, business functions, and external partners. /p pbYour responsibilities /b /p ul liTurn business needs and improvement ideas into clear, well-structured IT projects /li liDefine project scope, activities, planning, budget, deliverables, and required resources together with stakeholders /li liBring together project teams across IT, business functions, and external vendors to keep delivery moving /li liMonitor progress, manage risks and resources, and take corrective actions when needed /li liHelp teams navigate changes in scope, priorities, and requirements without losing sight of the end result /li liProvide clear steering information on progress, risks, budget, quality, and outcomes /li liCreate clarity through proper project governance, documentation, and handover /li liSupport the improvement of our portfolio management process, including the preparation of business cases for new initiatives /li /ul pbYour profile /b /p ul liYou have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field, combined with relevant project management experience appropriate to the level of the role /li liYou have experience with application, integration, or system improvement projects /li liYou are comfortable managing several projects at the same time and know how to keep priorities clear /li liYou communicate clearly and are able to build constructive relationships with stakeholders and project partners /li liYou know how to bring people into motion and help teams deliver results /li liYou stay effective in an environment where priorities may change /li liYou are hands-on, pragmatic, and focused on delivering practical outcomes /li liYou are fluent in Dutch and English, as part of our workforce is not fluent in English /li liYou have nationality from a NATO member country, which is required for this role /li /ul pbMethodology skills /b /p ul liYou have experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery approaches /li liYou are familiar with project management practices such as planning, risk management, reporting, and change control /li liYou are organized, structured, and able to solve problems pragmatically /li liExperience with tools such as Jira or MS Project is a plus /li /ul pbWhat we offer /b /p ul liA visible role in a changing IT environment where your projects directly support business continuity and improvement /li liA broad project portfolio across applications, integrations, identity management, lifecycle management, and enterprise systems /li liClose collaboration with IT specialists, business colleagues, and external partners across Royal IHC /li liRoom to further develop your project management skills and grow into larger or more complex IT initiatives /li /ul pRoyal IHC is a leading supplier of maritime technology and expert craftsmanship. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
