Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to customers regarding account inquiries, subscription management, and product assistance through phone and remote sessions.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills by offering empathetic and courteous assistance to all clients.
• Effectively address customer concerns, including purchase/renewal queries, account-related issues, and refund requests, ensuring prompt and high-quality resolution.
• Utilize technical expertise to assist customers with the installation, reinstallation, and troubleshooting of antivirus software.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both verbal and written Dutch at a B2H/C1 level.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written, at a B2 level.
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Intermediate understanding of PC technology and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for building rapport with customers while guiding them toward optimal solutions.
• Positive demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
