You will represent software development within these teams and take ownership of planning, designing, implementing, and deploying the software which is driving our systems. /pResponsibilitiesulliDevelop and Maintain Software: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented (Python) code for our automated composite manufacturing systems. /liliProblem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues. /liliCode Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, reliability, and adherence to best practices. /liliCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including robot engineers and composites engineers. /liliContinuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to suggest and implement improvements. /liliDocumentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software features, processes, and systems. /li /ulReporting Lines and InteractionspYou will be part of the software team, and report to the software team lead, but be mostly working in projects with other colleagues in the business unit, such as systems engineers, composites engineers, and robot/PLC engineers. /pEducationulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar. /li /ulWork experienceulli5 years of professional experience software development. /liliProficiency in Python Django. /liliExperience with Docker, Git. /liliFluent in English. /li /ulOtherulliAn engineering background; analytical and problem solving abilities. /liliAble to travel to our international clients, about twice a year. /liliThe ability to convey technical ideas in common terms to the stakeholders. /li /ulWhat’s in it for you?pDiscover a workplace where trust is the foundation, and autonomy is not just a word – it\'s a way of working.
