We work partly from home and have great coffee at the office. /p h3International Exposure /h3 pYou will work closely with colleagues across Europe, supporting 45 Nikon locations and gaining insight into a wide range of business activities and technologies. /p h3Travel Across Europe /h3 pThe role includes approximately b15-20% travel /b, mainly within Europe and the UK. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liEvaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and governance processes. /li liConduct ICT audits aligned with ISO 27001, COBIT, and IT General Control frameworks. /li liParticipate in operational and integrated audits across various business units and functions. /li liAssess IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity controls, and data management processes. /li liPromote IT risk awareness and support local businesses in strengthening their control environments. /li liIdentify and assess risks related to Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies. /li liCollaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with Nikon Group policies and regulatory requirements. /li liBuild trusted relationships with subsidiary management and operational teams throughout Europe. /li liPrepare audit reports, recommendations, and monitor remediation activities. /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives in ICT governance, cybersecurity, and audit methodology. /li liContribute to the development of audit standards, approaches, and documentation across the Internal Audit department. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 h3What You Bring /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in ICT, finance or a related field. /li liApproximately 3-5 years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Advisory, Technology Risk, Digital Trust, or Technology Assurance. /li liKnowledge of control standards (like ISO 27001, COBIT, IT General Controls (ITGC). /li liProfessional certifications such as CISA, RE, EMITA, or equivalent are an advantage. /li liExperience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx or similar platforms. /li liStrong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels. /li liExcellent organizational and project management skills. /li liA proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset. /li liExperience within a Big 4 or comparable consulting environment is highly valued. /li liAbility to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment. /li liInterested in AI field and improvements company wide /li /ul h3What Success Looks Like /h3 pYou are curious, analytical, and comfortable working independently and in a team.
