ph3Senior ERP Project Manager / Practice Lead /h3 pJob ID: 219 /p h3Purpose of the role /h3 pThe role combines end-to-end project responsibility (from intake to aftercare) with building a strong, profitable, and growing ERP practice, including team development, propositions, and service quality. /p h3Core tasks /h3 ul liLeading complex ERP implementations: monitoring scope, planning, budget, risks, quality, and benefit realization, including reporting to the steering committee and management at the client. /li liManagement of multidisciplinary teams (consultants, technical specialists, integration/data, change) and coordination with ERP suppliers and other partners. /li liDeveloping practical standards: implementation methodology, templates, reference processes, accelerators, and best practices for the ERP portfolio. /li liBuilding up practice: capacity planning, recruitment input, coaching and assessment of consultants, ensuring knowledge building and certifications. /li liCommercial support: contributing to proposals, RFPs, demos, and customer presentations; helping to determine scope, approach, budget, and contract types; identifying and designing upsell/cross-sell opportunities. /li /ul h3Final responsibilities /h3 ul liSuccessful delivery of assigned ERP projects within scope, time, and budget, with high customer satisfaction and demonstrable value (benefits). /li liQuality and profitability of the ERP practice: healthy capacity utilization, project margins, repeat orders, and a strong position as a "trusted ERP advisor" in the market. /li liProfessional development and retention of the ERP team, including clear growth paths, feedback, and coaching. /li /ul h3Profile and experience /h3 ul li7–10+ years of experience with ERP implementations (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Infor), including several as lead project manager in a consulting environment. /li liStrong in business and IT content: understands core processes (finance, logistics, production, service) and can spar with both C-level and key users about processes and solutions. /li liProven leadership skills: manages teams, creates direction and commitment, and acts effectively in the event of escalations and political sensitivities. /li liExperience with project management methods (Prince2, Agile/Scrum, PMP) and change management; excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. /li /ul h3Personal characteristics /h3 ul liEntrepreneurial and results-oriented, with an eye for commercial opportunities and long-term relationships. /li liStrong analytical skills, decisive and able to work under pressure; able to prioritize clearly in complex customer environments. /li liInspiring people manager who fosters a safe, learning culture in the practice. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
