We are currently looking for AI Engineers who are motivated by hands‑on work with AI solutions and who want to ensure that AI creates real value for organisations across a variety of industries. /p pWe are looking both for AI Engineers with a few years of experience who are ready to take the next step in their careers, and for more experienced AI specialists who want to apply and further develop their technical capabilities in business‑critical client projects. We are seeking colleagues with a practical, implementation‑focused approach to AI and a passion for turning ideas and experiments into demonstrations and production‑ready solutions for our clients. Projects vary, but they all share one common principle: AI is not a goal in itself, but a means of solving real business challenges for our clients. /p h3Your work will include /h3 ul liDesigning, developing and testing AI and Generative AI solutions to address specific business needs /li liExperimenting with and applying modern AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures and agent‑based solutions /li liIntegrating AI models with data, APIs and existing technology landscapes, designing cloud‑native solutions on major cloud service providers (such as Azure, GCP) /li liContributing to AI architecture, quality assurance, evaluation and the responsible use of AI /li liSharing knowledge and learning collaboratively within PA’s active AI community /li liDeveloping production‑grade software using modern engineering practices and agile delivery methodologies /li liDesigning and building robust data pipelines and data engineering architectures to support AI/LLM applications. /li /ul pYou will join a supportive and highly skilled environment where you are not expected to know everything from day one, but where you will be given the opportunity to develop quickly through real projects, coaching and hands‑on learning. /p h3Qualifications /h3 pWe are recruiting at several levels, so we encourage you to apply whether you have a few years of experience after graduation or many years of professional experience. /p pWe are particularly interested in candidates who have: /p ul liProduction experience within AI, data science or software engineering /li liStrong programming skills in Python, Java, or C# with a focus on writing production‑grade software /li liExperience with modern software delivery practices, including DevOps and CI/CD /li liBuilding end‑to‑end AI prototypes, including integration with vector databases (e.g. Vertex AI, Weaviate, Pinecone or similar) /li liDeveloping AI and agent‑based solutions in Python, including the use of frameworks such as LangChain or similar /li liModern “vibe coding” tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex or Claude Code /li liCloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform) /li liThe ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate technical solutions in an understandable way /li liA relevant degree in areas such as Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field /li liFluent in both English and Dutch* /li /ul pWe do not necessarily expect you to match all of the criteria above.
