This role focuses on supporting the Sales Operations Planning (SOP) process by providing financial insights and scenario analysis. The ideal candidate will be a proactive business partner, helping to optimize inventory, balance costs, and enhance profit margins, all while ensuring excellent service levels. /p /br /brh3Responsibilities: /h3 /brul /brliSupport scenario planning and decision-making within the SOP process, considering go-to-market strategies and manufacturing priorities. /li /brliProvide end-to-end visibility of decisions made during the SOP cycle, analyzing their impact on ----profitability, capacity, inventory, and cash flow. /li /brliTransition the SOP process from volume-based to value-based insights; supply the financial teams with relevant data for accurate forecasting. /li /brliLead automation initiatives by integrating financial and planning data to improve efficiency. /li /brliIdentify opportunities to simplify and improve existing processes. /li /brliDrive capacity utilization by sharing valuable financial insights during SOP meetings. /li /brliPrepare monthly reports and consolidate data for global SOP review sessions. /li /brliAct as a backup for the second SOP controller when needed. /li /brliChallenge and support the planning team to optimize operations. /li /brliDevelop and oversee methodologies for translating raw milk sales volumes into accurate financial forecasts. /li /brliMonitor and reconcile supply volumes in planning meetings, ensuring consistency across planning hubs. /li /brliLead the rollout of production volume upload processes for financial forecasting, maintaining smooth monthly operations. /li /br /ul /br /brh3Requirements: /h3 /brul /brliMinimum of 8 years’ experience in Commercial Finance or Supply Chain Finance, ideally within FMCG, food, or dairy industries. /li /brliExtensive experience with SOP processes and supply chain analytics. /li /brliStrong analytical skills with expertise in scenario modeling and assessing financial impacts of supply chain decisions. /li /brliProficiency in stakeholder management within a matrix organization. /li /brliAdvanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, HFM, Power BI, Adaptive, or similar systems is preferred. /li /brliFluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus. /li /brliComfortable working in a hybrid setting, combining 2 days onsite at the Amersfoort office and 3 days remote. /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
