Content Operations Manager

We are looking for a strategic, process-driven Content Operations Manager to join our in-house creative team, the Studio. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of creative development and operational excellence, serving as the architect of Adyen's content engine. 

Your work focuses on four strategic pillars: 

• Process management & Tooling: You design an operating model that includes AI-driven content supply chains (incl. “brand code” and governance). You document, roll out and and educate colleagues on workflows & frameworks.
• Performance & Insights: You bring data to our Studio team and make sure creatives and marketers have access to actionable insights regarding our content. What’s more, you measure the effectiveness of the processes and systems you run.
• Localization: As a champion of localization, you facilitate the flow of content between markets, striking a balance between global brand consistency and local relevance.
• Scalable Systems: You set up the systems that help us to use our content efficiently and effectively across formats, channels, and audiences. 

Please note that this is not a content management role. Instead, your mission is to build and run the scalable architecture required to turn content production into a repeatable growth engine, ensuring Adyen’s content reaches internal stakeholders and global audiences without friction.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Architecture: Design repeatable content formats (e.g., video series, case studies) and libraries that maintain creative distinctiveness while enabling local markets to produce content independently and coherently.
• Workflow & AI Integration: Build and maintain AI-assisted production pipelines, establishing quality checkpoints to ensure scale does not compromise brand voice or creative standards.
• Systems & Governance: Establish briefing infrastructure, intake standards, and governance models that facilitate global consistency while allowing for local market autonomy.
• Market Enablement: Develop localization frameworks and systems, ensuring global playbooks are actionable and embedded in daily workflows.
• Performance Measurement: Implement reporting frameworks and dashboards to surface actionable insights and inform future content strategy.

Experience & Background

• You bring 7+ years of experience in Creative Operations or Content Operations, ideally within an international B2B or corporate environment
• Content Creation: you have multiple years of experience creating content yourself
• Systemic Thinker: you build the infrastructure that makes following it the path of least resistance
• Tech & AI Savvy: Strong familiarity with modern creative tools, digital asset management tools and a keen interest/experience in operationalizing AI tools 
• Matrix Navigation: Proven success developing frameworks that meet local needs while respecting creative ways of working
