ph3Senior Specialist Industrial Hygiene /h3 pJoin our EHS team in Boxmeer and help us achieve world‑class safety standards. This role focuses on leading and improving industrial hygiene programs at our Animal Health sites. /p h3Purpose of the Role /h3 pAs Senior Specialist Industrial Hygiene you report to the Manager Biosafety Industrial Hygiene and act as her right‑hand. You will collaborate closely with leaders in Manufacturing, RD and Engineering, and be responsible for improving industrial hygiene programs across multiple sites. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCreate IH plans that meet regulatory and company standards. /li liPerform qualitative and quantitative IH assessments or coordinate contracted services. /li liPrioritize IH‑related risks and develop corrective/preventive action plans. /li liMonitor and communicate progress to EHS leadership and site management. /li liProactively identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices. /li liMaintain technical competencies and regulatory knowledge. /li liEnsure effective communication about hazards, exposures, and control strategies. /li liProvide technical support for new projects (design review, containment verification). /li liConduct IH self‑assessments/audits. /li /ul h3Required Experience and Skills /h3 ul liEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene (Master’s is a plus), preferably combined with Ergonomics. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience managing risks related to high‑potency pharmaceutical compounds and containment systems. /li liStrong communication skills to engage effectively with all organizational levels. /li liAbility to analyze data, interpret trends, and recommend cost‑effective solutions. /li liExcellent technical leadership and communication skills (English, oral and written). /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liCompetitive salary and a 3% year‑end bonus. /li li35.5 days of leave. /li liAttractive collective health care insurance package with considerable reduction rates. /li liSolid pension plan. /li liIncentive plan. /li liTravel allowance for commuting. /li liNumerous training, coaching and e‑learning modules for long‑term job opportunities and development. /li /ul h3For Questions About This Vacancy /h3 pPlease send an email including the vacancy number and job title to /p h3Additional Information /h3 pEmployment type: Full‑time.
