You will tackle challenging technical problems related to user experience and front-end architecture, developing a core UI library, internal tools, testing environments, and user-facing components for agent interactions. You will contribute to the architectural direction, collaborating closely with backend specialists, UX/UI designers, and AI researchers. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, practical experience building scalable and performant front-end systems, and a keen interest or experience in modern AI technologies. /ph3Key Exciting Responsibilities /h3h3Frontend Development Implementation /h3ulliDesign, implement, test, and deploy user-facing features and internal tools using modern frontend technologies, including TypeScript, React, and TailwindCSS. /liliDevelop a core UI library and reusable components to enable efficient development and deployment of AI agents and associated tooling. /liliWrite high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code for frontend systems. /liliImplement and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting for the front end. /liliParticipate actively in code reviews. /li /ulh3Technical Design Contribution /h3ulliContribute significantly to technical design and architecture discussions, considering frontend implications for new features and system improvements. /liliCollaborate with principal engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and researchers to refine requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. /liliEvaluate and prototype new technologies and frameworks relevant to frontend development. /liliTake ownership of the technical implementation for specific features or components. /li /ulh3Collaboration Knowledge Sharing /h3ulliWork closely with teammates and cross-functional partners (Product, Design, Research, other Engineering teams) to deliver cohesive user experiences. /liliShare knowledge and document designs and processes effectively. /liliMay mentor junior engineers on front-end development practices. /li /ulh3Operational Excellence /h3ulliTroubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments. /liliContribute to improving the scalability, performance, security, and usability of the platform's interfaces. /li /ulh3Essential Skills Experience /h3ulliBachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. /lili3+ years of professional software development experience specializing in frontend development. /liliDeep technical proficiency in TypeScript, React, and TailwindCSS. /liliA solid grasp of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms, to solve complex architectural challenges. /liliExperience building and deploying responsive and performant user interfaces. /liliExperience with system design and architecture, with the ability to contribute to complex design discussions. /liliInterest in or practical experience with AI/ML concepts, particularly working with or integrating Large Language Models (LLMs). /liliExperience with software development best practices (testing frameworks, CI/CD, monitoring, code reviews). /liliStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. /liliGood communication and collaboration skills. /li /ulh3Bonus Points For /h3ulliExperience building a comprehensive UI library or component system from scratch. /liliBackground in building developer tools or interfaces for complex technical products like AI/ML or data platforms. /liliHands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g.LangChain or LlamaIndex), vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate) or RAG techniques. /liliProficiency with state management libraries like Zustand or Redux and modern build tools like Vite and Webpack. /liliExperience optimizing the performance and scalability of frontend applications. /li /ulh3Logistics /h3ulliLocation: Espoo - Finland, Bodegraven - Netherlands or Brasov - Romania.
