Flink
Want the freedom of food delivery without the financial uncertainty? We are looking for Delivery Riders in Amsterdam who want the ultimate combination: the flexibility of the gig economy and the rock-solid security of a Flink employment contract!
Forget about calculating your own taxes or worrying about sick days. You enjoy the ride and the flexibility, while we make sure you get paid a guaranteed hourly wage with full official employment benefits.
What we offer you
You get the best of both worlds: the Uber Eats experience with a Flink contract. You can expect:
- Guaranteed Income: A fixed rate of €14.71 per hour, plus you keep 100% of the tips you earn.
- Real Security: An official employment contract including 8% holiday pay, paid sick leave, and built-in holiday hours. Flink handles all the administrative hassle and taxes!
- Mileage Allowance: €0.19 per kilometer to compensate for the use of your own bicycle or e-bike.
- Safety & Gear: You are fully insured on the job. We equip you with a premium insulated delivery bag, helmet, phone holder, and rain gear.
What you will do
As a Delivery Rider, you will cruise through the streets of Amsterdam to deliver high-quality meals from Uber Eats' restaurant and retail partners. You manage your own active hours and deliveries autonomously via the Uber Eats Courier app, while relying on Flink for dedicated HR and administrative support behind the scenes.
What you bring
We are looking for reliable riders who know their way around the city. Furthermore, you bring:
- Your own reliable bicycle or e-bike to conquer the Amsterdam streets.
- A valid right to work in the Netherlands (we offer contracts for both EU and non-EU students!).
- Basic communication skills in either English or Dutch.
- A smartphone with a solid data connection and a power bank to keep you online.
Ready for flexible work with a guaranteed income?
Apply directly via the application button and join the delivery revolution in Amsterdam today!
