As a Marketing Manager you will: Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual roadmaps
• Translate business objectives into effective marketing plans and campaigns
• Identify target audiences and refine positioning
• Monitor performance and optimise marketing activities

Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Support product and service launches
• Collaborate closely with sales to align marketing and commercial goals

Content & Execution

• Create and manage marketing content across online and offline channels
• Coordinate visual materials, presentations, and promotional assets
• Maintain and optimise the website (content, structure, SEO)
• Manage social media and digital presence

Brand Development

• Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand identity
• Ensure all communication aligns with the overall positioning

Profiel

• 3-6 years of marketing experience (B2B preferred)
• Experience in solar, energy, manufacturing, installaiton, robotics, production, or similar industry is a plus
• HBO degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar
• Strong experience with digital marketing (campaigns, content, website, social media)
• Ability to manage projects independently and take ownership
• Strong collaboration skills, especially with Sales teams
• Analytical mindset with focus on performance and optimisation
• Fluent in Dutch is a must! (Please do not apply if you do not speak Dutch)
