The business is entering a new phase of development, creating the need for a senior finance professional who can combine strategic insight with strong financial governance. The Director of Finance will play a central role in supporting expansion plans, strengthening financial processes and providing high-quality decision support to senior leadership.brFunctiebr- Lead and develop the finance and administration team, providing clear direction, coaching and performance management.br- Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities across multiple legal entities.br- Drive budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning processes while improving financial visibility across the business.br- Deliver accurate management reporting and KPI dashboards for operational and executive stakeholders.br- Manage liquidity, working capital and intercompany financing arrangements.br- Coordinate audits, tax compliance and statutory reporting in partnership with external advisers.br- Support financing activities, covenant monitoring, scenario modelling and shareholder reporting.br- Identify financial, legal and operational risks and implement effective control frameworks to mitigate them.brProfielbr- Proven experience as a Finance Director, Head of Finance or in a comparable senior finance leadership role.br- Strong background in multi-entity, multi-site or multi-brand organisations.br- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting and internal controls.br- Experience dealing directly with lenders, investors, shareholders or similar external stakeholders.br- Track record of leading and developing finance teams within a complex operational environment.br- Corporate finance knowledge including financing structures, covenant management and business case modelling.br- Hospitality, retail or consumer-facing sector experience is advantageous.brAanbodbr- Strategic leadership position reporting directly to the CEO.br- Broad responsibility across finance, governance, planning and corporate finance activities.br- Opportunity to influence business growth, investment decisions and operational performance.br- Leadership of a dedicated finance and administration team. xgiwjmb br- Exposure to senior stakeholders, lenders and investors.
