The role focuses on shaping and optimising experiences that help users discover the product, understand its value, and get started successfully. Working closely with the Product team, Marketing teams, and the CX Team, this Product Owner ensures that acquisition flows, onboarding experiences, and in-product guidance are aligned, measurable, and continuously improved. /ppAlso, it's good to know that the team has agreed to meet in the office every Thursday and on a second day, depending on your main stakeholders in current projects; therefore, you will be expected to be in the office two days a week to work side by side with your colleagues. /ppbWhat you’ll be doing /b /ppYou’ll be joining the Customer Experience team reporting to the Product Manager. The CX team guides and inspires the company to deliver a meaningful brand and product experience across all stages of the customer journey, with a medium- to long-term outlook. /ppYour main responsibilities would be: /pulliOwn and prioritise the Product Team’s roadmap backlog with a focus on acquisition, activation, onboarding, and adoption, mainly for the Eurail and Interrail website and web applications. /liliTranslate growth and acquisition goals into clear product initiatives and experiments. /liliPartner with Marketing on SEO, channel analysis, and acquisition performance. /liliWork closely with CRO to optimise funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths. /liliCollaborate with the CX team to identify friction, reduce customer issues, and improve clarity and trust in the Interrail brand. /liliUse data and insights (user/usage, market, research data, A/B testing, feedback loop, etc.) to guide prioritisation and validate impact. /liliOperate effectively within a SAFe and Agile environment, contributing to planning, refinement, and delivery rituals. /liliAlign planning and dependencies with other Product Teams when necessary /liliWork as part of a cross-functional team with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, CRO, and CX. /li /ulpbWhat we’re looking for /b /ppIt's already a possible match when you share the same mindset as us, being forward-thinking, results-driven, caring and embracing diversity. /ppIn terms of your experience and skills: /pulli6-8 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-marketing or growth-oriented role. /liliExtensive hands-on experience with backlog ownership, refinement and sprint work /liliProven ability to quickly understand existing products and teams /liliExperience stepping into running products (not only greenfield) /liliStrong commercial acumen and can balance customer value with business impact when making product decisions. /liliSolid understanding of SEO, acquisition channels, and funnel performance. /liliComfortable working with data, experiments, and customer insights. /liliExperience across both web and mobile app products is beneficial, enabling flexibility across channels. /liliFamiliar with Agile and SAFe way of working; certification in Product Ownership and SAFe is beneficial to have. /liliClear communicator with effective prioritization and collaboration skills. /liliHas a good understanding of software life cycle and technical sensitivity /liliExperience in the railway, travel or mobility sector /liliInterest in sustainable travel /liliAvailable to start as soon as possible! /li /ulpbCurious to apply? /b /ppApply directly via our website ( ). /pulliWe'll ask you to share your resume in English (our business language) and tell us why you're interested in Eurail and this particular role.
