We are currently seeking a Country Manager to take over the responsibility for the Benelux region. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3You Will Be Responsible For /h3 ul liFollowing the sales process defined by HAI, in collaboration with internal resources and partners, converting opportunities in the pipeline into order intake. /li liLeading and collaborating with both internal team members and external partners to build and maintain a solid pipeline of target value to support future business growth /li liEstablishing and maintaining a strong partner network to cover the entire spectrum of the market. /li liInitiating and supporting partner enablement to improve team efficiency. /li liProviding detailed and accurate sales forecasting /li liCommunicating regularly with the management team on budget achievements, sales strategies, market conditions, and counter-measures /li liSupporting and working closely with Marketing, Solutions and Project Management teams for other customer facing tasks /li liProviding insights on market trend, competition intelligence, solution development and other relevant information for better positioning and development of the company. /li liSetting objectives, making and executing plans for personal development targets to ensure continuous business and team growth. /li /ul h3Who are we looking for? /h3 ul liA bachelor's degree or above in Business Information Systems, Engineering, Software and/or relevant fields /li li5+ years of extensive sales leadership experience in the Material-Handling Automation (MHA), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Material-Handling Equipment (MHE) industry. /li liDutch C2+ fluency is required for this role /li liDiversified, multi-channel sales management experience dealing across various industries such as E-Commerce, 3PL, Pharmaceutical and Retail etc. /li liA proven track record of fast-paced strategic thinking, exceeding sales targets, identifying critical issues and crafting practical solutions. /li liExperience with value-based selling and ROI presentation. /li liOutstanding written and verbal communication skills and superior presentation abilities, with the capacity to communicate with all-levels of stakeholders. /li liStrong entrepreneurial drive, high energy, a “self-starter” attitude, the ability to set and meet aggressive goals, and the drive to succeed both personally and professionally /li liActive, honest and diligent, optimistic and open-minded, with a pioneering spirit /li liBased in Benelux region, and the willingness to travel frequently /li /ul h3Hai-lights /h3 ul liA competitive salary /li li8% holiday allowance /li liQuarterly and annual performance bonuses /li liCommission based bonus /li li0.23 cents commuting allowance (based on home-office distance) /li liAnnual leave of 24 days /li liWork laptop and phone /li liThe opportunity to contribute to a young, growing company, shaping our success and your career /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pHai Robotics helps businesses unlock smarter, more flexible warehouse operations.Founded in 2016, the company is redefining warehouse automation through adaptable automated storage and retrieval solutions designed to evolve alongside operational needs.
