You will operate independently in multi‑client environments where you can reach the objectives with the proper balance between business diplomacy and perseverance. /p pYou will work in settings where digitalisation, cybersecurity and architectural coherence are critical, but also limiting in terms of technical solutions. You should consider these challenges as an opportunity to be innovative. /p pYou will make direct impact on project outcomes, while contributing to longer‑term strategic goals of our clients. /p h3In this role, you will: /h3 ul liLead and drive technical projects end‑to‑end with a content‑curious mindset (not only coordination, but also providing guidance and knowledge) /li liStructure and manage delivery, including planning, risks, dependencies and reporting /li liTake ownership of stakeholder alignment across business and IT representatives, vendors and other integration parties /li liMaintain a balance between diplomacy and pushing to reach the business goals on time /li liBridge IT and business by explaining technical limitations in business terms, and turning business priorities into precise technical requirements /li /ul h3Who We Are Looking For /h3 pA proactive diplomatic leader, who consistently goes the extra mile and aims to exceed client expectations, with a broad interest in the European energy transition and the technology that is leading this. /p pYou bring a strong consultancy mindset; structuring complex problems, forming clear perspectives, and guiding clients toward decisions. You combine analytical strength with interpersonal skills and are comfortable engaging stakeholders across both technical and business domains. /p pYou also have experience in IT project or program management, preferably in complex multistakeholder environments and are eager to contribute to tomorrow's energy sector. /p h3In addition you have: /h3 ul liA Master's degree with proven experience in project and program management, with clear ownership of delivery (around 5-7 years) /li liExperience working in complex stakeholder environments, including vendors and cross‑functional teams /li liProven experience with (project/program) management of IT / IT‑OT implementation projects. /li liExperience in (Enterprise) Architecture, Cybersecurity and/or Procurement (EU Tender) processes /li liStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels /li liProfessional fluency in English /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liDanish, German or Dutch language skills /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA stimulating working environment: a team of around 110+ consultants and experts.
