Five national organisations across bthe Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Switzerland /b have recently come together as one integrated region, representing b€230m+ in annual revenue and around 630 employees /b. /p pAs we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced bChief Financial Officer /b to join our Central Europe Board and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial and strategic direction of the region. /p pReporting directly to the bCEO Central Europe /b, with a functional relationship to the Group CFO, you will be much more than the steward of the numbers. /p pYou will be a genuine bstrategic and commercial partner /b to the CEO, COO and wider leadership team — translating growth ambitions into robust financial plans, providing insight for critical business decisions and ensuring the organisation has the financial infrastructure, discipline and governance needed for its next stage of development. /p pYour remit will span: /p ul liStrategic financial leadership and business partnering /li liFinancial planning, forecasting, reporting and control /li liCash flow, working capital, treasury and financing /li liCommercial decision-making, investment cases and cost efficiency /li liGovernance, legal, risk and regulatory compliance across five countries /li liFinance transformation, process improvement and systems investment /li liMA, restructuring and integration initiatives where relevant /li liBuilding and developing a high-performing regional finance team /li /ul pThis is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who has successfully navigated bgrowth, transformation or multi-country integration /b and knows how to combine financial rigour with commercial pragmatism.
