About the role:

Performs one or combination of the responsibilities associated with materials/packaging itemized definition, manufacturing, reproduction, warehousing and distribution of PLM software, documentation, manuals and media. Provides a high level of support/expertise in multiple disciplines. Assumes a lead role on special projects. Formulates solutions to issues or process improvements to management. Participate in setting the direction and policies related to various disciplines. Advises management on addressing key issues. Spends a large percentage of time mentoring and training others. Reviews state of the art technologies so that departmental processes use best practices.

You'll make a difference by:

• Responsible for activities associated with materials/packaging itemized definition, manufacturing, reproduction, warehousing and distribution material to our production on time
• provides a high level of support/expertise in Logistics, Quality Control, Purchase and Production Team
• responsible for Stock Level control and RMA process
• Executing test plans, procedures, and automated test scripts for hardware components and systems.
• Performing hands‑on functional, performance, environmental, and compliance testing of hardware prototypes and production units.
• Documenting test results, producing clear and actionable reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of test methodologies.
• Supporting root‑cause analysis, reliability testing, and validation activities throughout the product lifecycle.

Your success is grounded in:

The objective for the Logistic Quality Control Expert is to make a structural contribution to the operational targets that are set for the department and fulfillment of customer orders.

Besides the regular tasks there is the target on continuous improvement, product quality, lead time and cost reduction.

Your main tasks will be:

• Qualification and inspection of hardware (PCBA’s) received from EMS

• Order picking

• RMA process

• Reporting of status, progress and quality control data

• Support the make to stock process

Required Skills:

• MBO educated with electronics and/or logistic background
• Experience in a Warehouse environment
• Knowledge and experience with MS Office applications
• Affinity with electronic components and specifications
• English, written and spoken
• Organized way of working and openness for changes
• Team oriented, open and transparent

Compensation & Benefits

The primary location for this opportunity is Netherlands. The applicable salary range for this location is:

€47,300 – €70,800 (Netherlands)

This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
