This role offers broad exposure to multiple business functions and provides an excellent foundation for a career in FPA. /p /brh3Financial Planning Analysis /h3 /brul /brliSupport the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans. /li /brliAssist in the monthly reporting process by preparing financial analyses, performance reports, and management presentations. /li /brliPerform actual versus budget and forecast analyses, identifying key variances and supporting the investigation of underlying business drivers. /li /brliSupport ad hoc financial analyses, business cases, and scenario analyses to enable informed decision‑making. /li /br /ul /brh3Month‑End Closing Reporting /h3 /brul /brliSupport the month‑end closing process by preparing reports, validating financial data, and ensuring the timely availability of management information. /li /brliCollaborate with Accounting and Business Controlling teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. /li /brliContribute to the preparation and continuous improvement of recurring financial reports and KPI dashboards. /li /br /ul /brh3Process Automation, AI Continuous Improvement /h3 /brul /brliSupport the automation and standardization of reporting, forecasting, and planning processes using modern finance tools and technologies. /li /brliExplore and apply AI‑driven solutions to improve reporting efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, generate insights, and enhance decision support. /li /brliIdentify opportunities to simplify existing processes, improve data quality, and increase the efficiency of the FPA function. /li /brliSupport the implementation of new FPA tools, reporting solutions, and digital initiatives across the Finance organization. /li /brliContribute innovative ideas that help build a modern, data‑driven Finance function. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliRecently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. /li /brliStrong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in financial planning, business performance, data analytics, and digital technologies. /li /brliExcellent numerical and problem‑solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. /li /brliAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL.
