You will work collaboratively with leaders and teams across multiple countries, bringing together HSE expertise, systems, training, compliance and risk management to create consistent standards while recognising local regulatory and cultural requirements. /pbrpThis is a strategic individual contributor role with significant regional influence. You will act as a central point of contact for pan-European HSE initiatives and build strong relationships with operational teams, subject matter experts, senior leaders and external stakeholders. /pbrWhat We’re Looking Forbrullibr/liliStrong HSE leadership experience: At least 8 years of experience in health, safety and environmental leadership roles, ideally within a multi-site or pan-European environment.br/liliTechnical and regulatory expertise: Strong knowledge of European and UK health and safety legislation, with practical experience applying requirements across different jurisdictions.br/liliManagement systems experience: Proven experience implementing and improving ISO 45001 and other relevant international HSE standards and management systems.br/liliTraining and culture: Demonstrated success in designing and delivering safety training programmes across different countries, cultures and regulatory environments, including the ability to develop multilingual content.br/liliProfessional qualification: NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is required. CMIOSH or a similar professional chartership is preferred.
