Then we would love to meet you. /p pbr/As bHR Business Partner /b, you will join our HR Shared Service Centre in the Netherlands and work alongside seven HR colleagues supporting six companies across six locations. Your primary focus will be our sites in Lichtenvoorde and Staphorst while partnering with managers across the Dutch organization. /p pReporting directly to the HR Country Manager Netherlands, you will support employees and collaborate closely with international HR Centers of Expertise to align local initiatives with global people priorities. In addition to your operational HR responsibilities, you will drive HR projects, organizational development initiatives, workforce planning, and change management programs that contribute to business success. /p pAs a trusted advisor to managers, you will play a key role in translating business objectives into people strategies, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and creating a positive employee experience. /p h3What will you do /h3 ul liPartner with managers on all people-related topics and strategic workforce challenges. /li liTranslate business objectives into people strategies and workforce plans that support organizational growth. /li liCoach and challenge managers on leadership effectiveness, team performance, talent development, and employee engagement. /li liSupport organizational development, transformation, and change management initiatives. /li liAdvise on employee relations, Dutch employment law, and HR-related regulations. /li liSupport absence management, reintegration cases, and compliance with the Gatekeeper Improvement Act. /li liAnalyze workforce and people data to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve organizational performance. /li liContribute to HR projects that strengthen our organization, culture, leadership capabilities, and ways of working. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. /li liAt least five years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within an international industrial environment. /li liSolid knowledge of Dutch employment law, HR regulations, and employee relations. /li liPractical expertise in absence management, reintegration, and the Gatekeeper Improvement Act. /li liA proven ability to advise, coach, and influence managers in a dynamic business setting. /li liStrong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. /li liThe ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution. /li liA successful track record in delivering HR projects, change initiatives, or organizational development programs. /li liConfidence in using HR data and metrics to inform business decisions. /li liAn interest in HR technology, digitalization, and AI-enabled HR solutions. /li liFamiliarity with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors is an advantage. /li liFluency in Dutch and English. /li liAvailability to travel regularly between Lichtenvoorde, Staphorst, and other locations in the Netherlands. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liA salary that reflects your experience and skills, ranging from €5,500 to €7,100 gross per month based on full-time employment. /li liA working schedule that suits you: 32 to 40 hours per week. /li liMore than 500 committed colleagues in the Netherlands within a growing international organization. /li liDevelopment and career growth opportunities within an international group. /li liA collaborative culture that celebrates achievements and values wellbeing. /li liAccess to sports and vitality programs, bike lease options, and gym discounts. /li liA healthy work-life balance with 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days based on a 40-hour workweek. /li liFlexible and hybrid working arrangements. /li liA modern working environment with excellent facilities. /li liA company car, laptop, and mobile phone. /li /ul pWe are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people.
