This is a full-time hybrid role based in The Hague /pbrpThis is a fulltime hybrid role based in The Hague, The Netherlands. /pbrpbbrRole Overview /b /pbrpThis role is responsible for strengthening Zurich BeNe’s operational resilience by maintaining and improving the Business Continuity framework, ensuring robust governance processes, and supporting managing third-party risks with a particular focus on data flows and criticality assessments. You will ensure compliance with Group requirements, regulatory expectations, and audit standards /pbrpbbrKey Responsibilitiesbr/bA. Business Resilience /pbrullibr/liliMaintain, improve, and periodically update the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework for the BeNe organization.br/liliDrive and own Business Impact Analyses (BIA), continuity plans, crisis management processes, and recovery exercises.br/liliMonitor BCM compliance, track remediation actions, and ensure alignment with Group Resilience standards.br/liliDrive BCM reporting for senior management and regulators (where applicable).br/liliAct as the first point of contact for resilience-related queries within BeNe.br/li /ulbrpB. Governance /pbrullibr/liliContinuously evaluate process changes and assess their impact on internal controls, risk exposure, and compliance requirements.br/liliOwn local implementation of new regulations and Group requirementsbr/liliManage internal control testing, self-assessments, and annual control reviews in cooperation with Risk, Audit, BISO, and Operations.br/liliSupport program effectiveness audits, ensuring timely preparation, documentation, and closure of findings.br/liliEnsure clear documentation, ownership, and accountability across processes.br/li /ulbrpC.
