The role is responsible for establishing and executing a robust enterprise risk management framework that supports safe growth, regulatory readiness, and informed decision-making across the organisation. It ensures that key risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and reported in a consistent and forward‑looking manner, aligned with regulatory expectations and the company’s strategic objectives. This role provides the structure and insight needed to define risk appetite, assess resilience under stress, support capital and liquidity planning, and ensure that new products and strategic changes are evaluated through a clear risk lens. By translating complex risk information into clear, actionable reporting for senior management and governance bodies, the role enables transparency, accountability, and effective oversight.
