You will transform financial data into actionable insights, proactively manage risks and opportunities, and ensure strong financial governance. Your projects will typically range from USD 50 million to 200 million and involve multiple stakeholders, business functions, and execution units. /p pThis role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking, project execution, and business partnering in a dynamic international environment. /p h3How You'll Make An Impact /h3 ul liYou act as the financial lead for complex projects, driving performance, profitability, and execution excellence. /li liYou manage financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, cost control, and project performance throughout the project lifecycle. /li liYou identify and manage risks and opportunities, ensuring proactive actions to protect margin and project outcomes. /li liYou support tender handovers and ensure lessons learned are captured and applied during project execution. /li liYou ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, governance requirements, and audit standards. /li liYou support contract, scope, and change management activities to drive revenue growth and margin improvement. /li liYou monitor project schedules, resource plans, and critical dependencies to improve project performance. /li liYou coach project teams and finance colleagues while promoting continuous improvement and best practices. /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liYou hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. /li liYou have significant experience in project controlling, project finance, or financial management of complex projects. /li liYou have strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, and project accounting. /li liYou understand project risk management, contract management, and project governance principles. /li liYou communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels and across different cultures. /li liYou are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pWe pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical, and mental wellbeing and personal development.
