In this role, you will be working in direct contact with different stakeholders at corporate clients and private equities, providing well-structured advice. The assignments can be both in the context of an acquisition (due diligence, independent business reviews, etc.) or a restructuring in crisis. /ppYou will be part of the team from the initial client meeting pitch to analyses and closing of the deal /ppYou will execute analyses and identify issues and key drivers that may be of relevance and could have an impact on the transaction or restructuring /ppYou will summarize your and the team’s findings on analyses of financial statements and business plans in a report to the board and key stakeholders /ppYou will actively contribute to business development (both internal and external) with an entrepreneurial mindset /ppYou will be steering and providing guidance to more junior team members /ph3Job requirements /h3pTo ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Senior to have : /ppA Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or business economics /ppBetween two to four years of relevant professional experience in Finance (audit, consulting or advisory, transaction services, corporate banking, corporate finance, accounting or controlling) /ppFinancial analytical skills are considered as an asset /ppAn entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects /ppA drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner /ppExcellent communication skills and the ability to be a great team player /ppFluency in Dutch and English /ppEagerness to work on cross border assignments /ppEligibility to work in the EU /ppIf you meet the above requirements and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply. /ppFeel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further clarification. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
