Nurse — Your Ward Expertise Has Real Value

Medication rounds, patient assessments, handovers, emergencies — you manage it all. That clinical skill has real value.

Nursing professionals are on the European Commission's official list of critical shortage professions. Your skills are in high demand. Record them. Get paid.

The Observer Programme pays experienced nurses to record their working day using lightweight smart glasses. You continue your normal ward work — we capture what that expertise looks like.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses (lightweight, unobtrusive) during your shifts
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up — fits around your ward schedule
• Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what tasks and procedures you performed
• Get paid per recorded minute. The more you record, the more you earn
• All recordings are anonymised — no patient faces, no voices, no identifying details

Your clinical decisions stay yours. We record the expertise, not the patient.

What you'll earn

You're paid per minute of accepted footage — on top of your regular income.

€28–€42 per recorded hour

€112–€168 per recording day (based on ~4 hours)

€2,000–€2,800 per month (based on 20 recording days)

First Observers in a nursing specialism or region earn a launch bonus. Extra earnings possible through referral bonuses and specialist recording tasks.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a registered nurse
• Currently working — employed (hospital, clinic, community) or agency
• Hands-on ward work: patient assessment, medication management, wound care, observations, clinical procedures
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All specialisms welcome: medical ward nurse, surgical ward nurse, paediatric nurse, geriatric ward nurse, outpatient clinic nurse.
