Responsibilities
- Design and build Generative AI and NLP solutions for internal HR and Finance processes.
- Develop use cases including AI agents, automated invoice scanning, approval workflows, and predictive models.
- Own AI features independently from ideation through production.
- Build scalable, reliable, maintainable, and production-ready AI services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, data scientists, and other technical and non-technical teams.
- Develop domain understanding, challenge stakeholders constructively, and translate business needs into concrete AI solutions.
Requirements
- Completed master’s degree in AI or Computer Science.
- 2–5 years of experience with AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong software engineering foundation and experience with production-grade Python.
- Experience with Docker and container-based development.
- Cloud experience, preferably with Azure.
- Familiarity with API integrations and CI/CD deployment flows.
- NLP experience or experience building NLP pipelines is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and develop business-domain understanding.
- Good spoken and written Dutch is required.
