Job Description
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team across multiple countries within EMEA.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Establish sales targets, performance metrics, and forecasting processes.
- Monitor pipeline activity and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Support the negotiation and execution of commercial agreements.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to increase market share.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, and Customer Support functions.
- Implement and enhance sales processes, tools, and best practices to improve commercial performance.
- Utilise business data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve sales effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader with a proven record of delivering growth in a complex B2B environment. They will be commercially astute, highly strategic, and comfortable leading geographically dispersed teams while maintaining strong customer relationships. Key requirements include:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Significant experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong background in business development, strategic account management, and commercial growth.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and commercial negotiations.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional growth strategies.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience using CRM, ERP, and sales performance management tools.
- Ability to build credibility with both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
