We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our marketing team. You’ll be working closely with our Marketing Manager to own and execute paid advertising strategies across key channels. This is a great opportunity to work in a stable and growing role, with the chance to make a direct impact on performance.
The Challenge
We are seeking a Media Buyer who can take full ownership of paid advertising as a growth channel. The challenge is to manage large-scale budgets, oversee performance-driven campaigns, and balance creative strategy with data-driven optimization to turn paid media into a consistent revenue driver for our e-commerce brand.
Early Success Milestones for this role
Take full ownership of advertising campaigns (including catalog/product feed campaigns where applicable).
Manage and scale ad budgets of €100k+/month efficiently.
Increase revenue from paid advertising by at least 20% profitably.
Provide actionable insights and clear recommendations for long-term paid media growth.
We would love to hear from you if…
You have at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with paid media buying.
You have 1+ year of proven experience managing catalog/product feed campaigns.
You have demonstrated success in managing ad budgets of at least €100,000/month (the higher, the better).
You have proven ability to manage and optimize advertising campaigns end-to-end across one or more major platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, etc.).
You have experience developing, testing, and implementing advertising strategies to maximize ROI.
You have strong skills in monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights.
You have experience collaborating with marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with broader business goals.
You have experience running Pinterest Ads for fashion e-commerce.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; a data-driven mindset.
Couple of the notes about the role
This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role.
You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff () to track hours worked.
Compensation
We pay on an hourly basis — we’re open to reviewing rates based on experience and expertise. This role may have performance incentives.
