Het bedrijf
Kanters Special Products is dé waterspecialist in de intensieve veehouderij en rundveehouderij. Zij ontwikkelen, produceren en verkopen o.a. voedingssupplementen, reinigings- en desinfectiemiddelen voor (water)leidingen en doseertechniek vanuit de vestiging in Lieshout. Deze producten worden wereldwijd ingezet met als doel het verbeteren van het bedrijfsresultaat door ondersteuning van de diergezondheid en het voorkomen van het gebruik van antibiotica.
Niet voor niets is hun missie: Healthy Animals, Healthy Farm.
Over de rol
Als Regulatory Affairs Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject rondom registraties en compliance van onze producten. Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers voldoen aan nationale en internationale wet- en regelgeving en begeleidt registratietrajecten van begin tot eind.
Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen en externe autoriteiten en bent de verbindende schakel binnen alle regulatory-processen. In deze rol combineer je operationele verantwoordelijkheid met een adviserende rol binnen de organisatie.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
Registratie en dossierbeheer
- Opstellen en onderhouden van registratiedossiers
- (Her)registreren van producten en begeleiden van biocide-aanvragen
- Indienen van variaties, verlengingen en dossierwijzigingen
- Coördineren van processen met interne teams en externe partners
Regelgeving en compliance
- Waarborgen dat producten voldoen aan nationale en internationale wetgeving
- Volgen van ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving
- Vertalen van regelgeving naar interne processen en richtlijnen
Communicatie en coördinatie
- Contact onderhouden met nationale en internationale autoriteiten
- Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor regulatory-vraagstukken
- Adviseren van interne stakeholders en management
- Bewaken van deadlines, goedkeuringen en verlengingen
Opleiding en ervaring
- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau aangevuld met nationale en internationale diervoederregelgeving
- Minimaal 5-8 jaar relevante ervaring met de kennis om complexe registratietrajecten te coördineren
- Kennis van ECHA- of EMA-procedures (biocidekennis is een pré)
- Ervaring binnen de agrarische, chemische of farmaceutische sector is een plus
