Beyond technical expertise, you will serve as a trusted advisor, aligning business vision with technology execution and guiding clients through their digital transformation. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liEnterprise CXM Architecture: Define and govern CXM architectures that unify systems, data, and processes to deliver seamless, connected customer experiences at scale, fully aligned with clients’ enterprise strategies. /li liMartech Leadership: Set the standard for best-in-class Martech stacks, ensuring seamless interoperability across CDPs, analytics, data models, decisioning engines, personalization, and omnichannel orchestration platforms.
