Your role:

Training: Start with a one-month training program to learn the ropes.

Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients through business development and account management.

Market Insight: Expand your knowledge of the labor market to effectively advise clients and candidates during the application process.

Recruitment Process: Guide candidates and hiring managers during job interviews and contract negotiations.

Deal Management: Take responsibility for closing deals with clients. Market Analysis: Participate in weekly meetings to share your insights on labor market trends in the financial or IT sector.

Who are you:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional and intellectual level.
• Social skills: We value humor. You enjoy helping people and communicating with them.
• Relevant experience: Experience in recruitment or sales is a plus.
• Self-motivation: Eager to learn and proactive.
