Mediq Select, our Mediq Own Brand business, is an important part of our strategy to create additional value for our customers and drive sustainable and profitable growth. /p pWe are therefore strengthening our financial leadership in this area with a senior Finance Business Partner who can operate at strategic and executive level. /p pAs Finance Business Partner Mediq Select Sourcing, you will be the key finance partner to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and report directly to the CFO. You will also be a member of the Finance Leadership Team (FLT). /p pThis is a senior role with significant visibility and influence. You will combine financial expertise with strong commercial judgement, helping the business make better decisions and translating financial performance into concrete actions and value creation. /p h3What will you do? /h3 pYou will take ownership of the financial agenda for Sourcing, Category Management and the Mediq Select business (Mediq Own Brand), and work closely with senior leaders across Mediq. Rather than simply reporting the numbers, you will challenge the business, identify opportunities and actively contribute to strategic decision-making. /p pYou will provide financial insight and challenge across sourcing performance, category profitability and the development and performance of Mediq Select. A key part of your role is translating commercial and sourcing initiatives into measurable financial impact and helping the business make informed decisions around suppliers, products, pricing, margins and growth. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities Include /h3 ul liActing as the key Finance Business Partner to the CPO and senior stakeholders within Sourcing, Category Management and Mediq Select. /li liTaking financial ownership of the Mediq Select business and providing insight into its performance, profitability and growth opportunities. /li liProviding financial insight, challenge and guidance to support strategic and operational decision-making. /li liDriving performance management and proactively identifying risks, opportunities and actions to improve profitability and margins. /li liDriving value creation across Sourcing, Category Management and Mediq Select, with a strong focus on margin improvement and profitable growth. /li liMonitoring and challenging the financial performance of Mediq Select, translating developments in sales, pricing, sourcing and product mix into clear actions. /li liLeading budgeting, forecasting, target setting and long-range planning for Sourcing, Category Management and Mediq Select. /li liTranslating complex financial and commercial data into clear recommendations and actionable business insights. /li liDeveloping and challenging business cases for strategic investments, commercial initiatives, new products and growth opportunities. /li liSupporting pricing, sourcing, supplier and category strategies from a financial and value-creation perspective. /li liHelping evaluate product and portfolio decisions within Mediq Select based on their financial and commercial impact. /li liBuilding strong relationships across functions and influencing senior stakeholders within a complex international organization. /li liProactively identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Sourcing, Category Management and the Mediq Select business. /li liOperating with a high degree of independence and taking a leading role in shaping the financial agenda. /li liContributing actively as a member of the Finance Leadership Team and supporting broader Finance priorities across Mediq. /li /ul h3What do you bring? /h3 pYou are an experienced Finance Business Partner who is comfortable operating close to executive management. You combine financial depth with commercial understanding and are able to challenge senior stakeholders constructively while building strong relationships. /p pYou understand how sourcing, product portfolio decisions, pricing and commercial performance come together to create value. You are able to look beyond financial reporting and use data and financial insight to influence business decisions and drive tangible improvements. /p h3We Are Looking For Someone Who Brings /h3 ul liA university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline; an MBA is considered an advantage. /li liAt least 10 years of relevant experience within Finance Business Partnering, FPA or a comparable senior finance position. /li liSignificant experience partnering with senior leadership and preferably commercial, sourcing, procurement or category management functions. /li liA strong track record of driving profitable growth, margin improvement and measurable business impact. /li liExperience with strategy execution, commercial performance management, pricing and/or competitive analysis. /li liExperience with product, portfolio or own-brand/private-label economics is considered a strong advantage. /li liExcellent analytical capabilities and strong experience with financial modelling, investment analysis and financial systems. /li liThe ability to move comfortably between strategic discussions and detailed financial analysis. /li liStrong leadership capabilities and the confidence to influence stakeholders across different functions, countries and levels of seniority. /li liA proactive and change-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into concrete actions. /li liExperience working within an international and matrix organization. /li liFluency in English; Dutch is an advantage. /li /ul h3What does Mediq offer? /h3 pThis is a senior and influential Finance position in which you will work directly with executive leadership and have the opportunity to make a visible contribution to Mediq's European growth and profitability. /p h3We Offer /h3 ul liA gross monthly salary between €8,000 and €9,000, depending on your experience and background. /li liAn annual bonus opportunity of 15%. /li li8% holiday allowance. /li liA mobility budget. /li liAn attractive pension scheme, with Mediq covering 75% of the pension contribution. /li liApproximately 26 days of annual leave. /li liA hybrid working model, combining working from home with collaboration at our office in De Meern. /li liA home-working allowance. /li liThe opportunity to work in an international healthcare organization where Finance has a direct impact on strategic and commercial decision-making. /li liA highly visible position with direct exposure to the CFO, CPO and Finance Leadership Team. /li liPlenty of opportunity to further develop your career within an international organization that continues to grow and transform. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
