Lees alle bijbehorende informatie en zorg ervoor dat u solliciteert.brpbIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: /b /pbrpWork with customers to actively encourage their transition towards digital integration, self‑servicing, and digital interactions in cooperation with the local e‑commerce managers and other relevant stakeholders, and act as the human point of contact behind the digital relationship. /pbrpProvide pre‑ and post‑sales support, drive the account strategy, build relationships with the customer counterparts, track and understand customer needs and, align Emerson’s offerings to address them, in collaboration with subject matter experts and Industry Leaders. /pbrpNeed to ensure close collaboration with your assigned Technical Support person, who creates all your quotes, ensuring they have the information they need to be effective and provide you with accurate quotes in expected timeframes. /pbrpProactively work with customers to increase digital self‑service purchasing. Specially, to actively move all accounts that may place unsolicited orders or common RFQs into a digital self‑service platform. Be fluent in the benefits of digital enablement and articulate a clear action plan for implementation. /pbrpWhen necessary, engage with customers through digital tools, e‑commerce platforms and other digital means (including Teams and phones) to assist customers in product selection, application support, access to expertise and placement of orders. /pbrpUnderstand in full Emerson’s unique selling propositions and actively contextualize them to the customer industry needs to maximize business. /pbrpYou will be required to acquire new accounts and it will be critical to use external tools like LinkedIn to contact new customers, monitor digital tools and CRM for leads and new opportunities. Proactively act on these to convert potential business in the assigned segments. /pbrpDiscuss and agree with sales management monthly action plans and maintain account plans with short, medium‑ and long‑term sales strategies. /pbrpbWho You Are: /b /pbrpYou have a solid understanding of how people process change, how to build an effective approach, and are experienced with and knowledgeable of change management principles, methodologies and tools. You are an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, and have effective listening skills. Great at establishing and maintaining strong relationships, with the ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goals.
