Overview

As our Events and PR Intern, you will support the Marketing & Communications team with internal and external events, PR activations, and brand storytelling. This role is a hands-on introduction to event management and public relations, where you will develop skills in event organization, media outreach, and communications planning.

️ Your Day-to-day as an Events and PR Intern:

Event organization: you will help organize events from a to z — from purchasing tickets and booking logistics to shipping items and merch to conferences and trade shows

PR: you will support the team in the creation of awards applications and case studies, find new platforms where we can showcase our company, and help develop connections and partnerships

Media & outreach: you will assist with press materials, build and maintain media/partner contact lists, and help identify opportunities to get Creative Clicks featured

Creativity: you will be actively involved in creative brainstorming sessions and assist with idea creation for gifting, merch, and activations to engage clients

Researching: you will take a hands-on approach researching merch, gifts, venues, and innovative ideas for our event attendance and PR activities

Collaboration: you will collaborate with the rest of the Marketing & Communications team on a variety of projects and liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Job requirements What skills will make this internship a success:

Organised: events and PR live and die by organisation — we need someone who is on top of multiple moving parts and works well with deadlines

Proactive: you will need to take a hands-on role and sometimes take initiative to keep projects and events moving forward

Creative: you will play a key role in our brainstorming sessions and activations, so we are looking for someone who can bring a creative flair to all they do

Communication: in this role you will communicate with both internal and external stakeholders and help shape how we tell our story — strong communication skills are your key to success

Fundamentals (Requirements):

Currently enrolled throughout the internship in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related study (Marketing, Communications, PR, Business)

Available for 5-6 months for 32-40 hours per week from September 2026

Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Bonus: understanding of basic design tools such as Canva
